Andy Skellam releases his latest single “Weight Of The World”
Andy has just released the second single from his upcoming third album, out on the 9th February 2024.
Andy told us about what inspired the song and what it means to him.
”Weight Of The World is in part a lament to some golden age, or at least a time when crowded rooms didn’t feel somewhat risky (it was written during the first lockdown). And in part an attempt to release some of the weight that we tend to put on ourselves, which can paralyse and keep us from reaching our full potential. I think I was trying to stay strong for my little boy in the face of much fear and uncertainty.”
